Starlite Drive-in 5
About Starlite Drive-in 5The Starlite Drive-in was opened in 1955 as a single screen drive-in theater. It was closed in 1981 for lack of business and sat empty until purchased by a new owner in 1997. The new owner restored the drive-in (it was in severe decay after sitting for 16 years) and re-opened it in 1998. Three additional screens were added making it a 4 screen theater. However, the Starlite was again sold in 2015 and the new owner has only been operating 2 of the 4 screens.
